デリー空港へのメトロでエアロシティ駅から降りて少し歩くとあります。 フロントロビーから部屋まで高いクオリティで快適に過ごせました。 朝食はインドらしいものもあり様々なあり楽しめます。 現在南側の施設工事中なので南側のビューは工事現場ですが隙間から奧の街や離著陸の飛行機が見えます。

It has been a very pleasant stay. Room is very clean and quiet; bed very comfortable with different types of pillows: softer ones, harder ones - a very good combination. Bath room is clean; and shower is very powerful. Very good breakfast buffet! Team was very friendly and helpful from the security guard at the front, to front desk team and the restaurant team. All very warm, friendly and helpful! Prince at the front desk, and Biru at the breakfast buffet have been very welcoming, and helpful! Much appreciated. Overall it is the friendliness and warm welcome that has left with me a very memorable impression. Will visit again. Thanks very much!

第一次定，服務還不錯 ，但是酒店老舊，有潮味，隔音差，因為門的設計問題，關門聲音很大，早上會被吵醒，附近同等價位酒店很多，以後不會去這家了。

飯店位於 Aerocity 航空城特區，這是一個治安極好、環境整潔的現代化區域。步行 5-10 分鐘即可到達 Worldmark（當地大型商場與美食區），生活機能比其他機場飯店好很多。 房間空間寬敞（約 32 平方公尺），床鋪舒適度高，且隔音效果優於航廈內的旅館。

高さに見合った素晴らしいホテルです。ジムやプールもあり、食事もとても美味しかった。文句の付けようがありません。強いて言えば、備え付けてあったお菓子が辛すぎたことくらいです。

I made 3 separate reservations at this hotel before my arrival because I was going to be in India longer than originally planned. I stayed a total of 9 nights. In my notes for the reservation, I asked if I can stay in the same room for the full duration. I booked a pool view twin room. When I arrived to the hotel, I made the same request, and the check-in staff ensured that I could have the same room. The room I was given only had one bed and faced a construction site. I then found out on my own that the pool was under renovation. The room also had a large crack on the window. I told the staff of the issue and requested a room change, and was told someone will come help me switch at a specified time. That did not happen. They offered no apologies. During my stay, my room key was deactivated twice (probably due to my separate reservations), the door to the room malfunctioned, the safe didn't work two times and the TV lost signal twice. Towards the end, I put up a do not disturb sign, but received an email and a phone call that wouldn't stop ringing asking me if I was sure I didn't need housekeeping. Overall, while it was not a bad experience, I felt I had too many unnecessary interactions with the staff for minor troubles.

We, my husband and I are really disappointed with the rooms stay. On our first 2 night stay, 21st Feb – 23rd Feb, the rooms were so so only. The bathroom, the tap was leaking of which we did inform the reception and maintenance was sent to rectify it. The bedsheets didn’t look fresh etc. On the other hand, the restaurant (Buffet Breakfast) service was pleasing. All the staff were attentive, pleasant and kind. We were even given Holiday Inn membership by the Restaurant staff…which was a sweet gersture. I must say the Breakfast buffet staff at the Hotel are very nice and service is really good. They take the time to come and check if everything is ok etc. Compliments to them. But sadly on our return 訂房網站 on 28th Feb 2025, the room given was so unpleasing, The Fridge was out. The air-con didn’t work well….The bathrooms unkept. Toilet bowl inside brownish, the shower area the tiles were brownish and the bed had a metal piece protruding out from the mattress. Totally disappointing. I infact dropped an email to the Hotel on the feedback but sad to say not a reply received Vivien D Singapore
